At S3, we pride ourselves in being easy to work with. Our new customer portal provides real time interaction allowing just that. Here is a list of some of the features:

  • View and pay invoices via credit card
  • View invoice and payment history
  • Self apply credit memo’s
  • Submit service requests
  • Review case history (by user / by site)
  • Upload or retrieve documents related to associated cases.
  • Add / Update site addresses.

For access to the portal, current users can self enroll by clicking here. New users should contact the S3 accounting team for assistance by emailing s3ar@s3nc.com.

The portal can be accessed by navigating to http://portal.s3nc.com or by clicking on the Client Login button on the www.s3nc.com web page.
