Important Information
- Connect Care Standard or Plus is required for technical support as of May 1st, 2023 for Access It! (non-subscription) product line.
- If you have purchased Access It! version 10 before May 1st, 2023 you will have year 1 of Connect Care Standard included.
- Long-Term Connect Care is available for those wishing to remain on an older software version. Give us a call to discuss your system and create a plan of action.
- Connect Care is renewed on an annual basis. A reinstatement fee will be applied if allowed to expire beyond a 60-day grace period.
- Existing Access It! DSA and SMS SMA Customers will migrate to a Connect Care Plus plan when their agreement expires.
