This week ACRE announced its ACT Mobile Service, an interface that S3 plans to utilize to better interact and service their customers.
Some of the features that you can expect:
- Service and quote requests.
- Service updates (status, technician assigned, etc.)
- Integration with your access control platform delivering command and control functionality, mobile credentialing, area access management, and visitor capabilities.
- An open API allowing the ability to interface into most business systems including human resources, ticketing, parking, messaging, food services or other concierge services.
- The ability to broadcast mass notifications, initiate facility lock downs and implement visitor “lite” experiences around credential issuance and visitor workflows.
- Area access requests and approvals.
